Joshua Nichols, Chief Operating Officer
Josh Nichols Josh serves as the Chief Operating Officer for BeeSure Services, Inc. He was instrumental in starting and opening a new business in Indiana that has seen tremendous growth. He is on staff as the Pastor of Small Group and Discipleship Ministries at Sarasota First Church of the Nazarene. Josh has a degree in accounting. He and his beautiful wife, Ashley, are expecting their first child in November. It’s a boy, and his name is Jonah.

Monica Appleby, Office Manager
Monica is the corporate secretary for BeeSure Services, Inc. She is very devoted to her work, her family and the two gentlemen that she serves as their supported living coach. Monica is also David’s wife and has worked alongside him for the past nine years, working in all aspects of service in the office. Monica is a licensed insurance agent and is degreed from Solano Community College. Monica has a great love and compassion for people. Willing to asset and go the extra mile, Monica’s character is exemplary and her passion for the less fortunate is evident in her willing to serve.

Lisy Smart, Reception/Clerical
Lisy is a very talented young lady with two wonderful children. She serves as the data entry person for BeeSure Tax Services. Lisy has a wonderful personality that is refreshing to the office. With her excellent customer service relations, she makes a client feel at ease when dealing with daunting tax paperwork. Lisy is bi-lingual which allows us to serve our diverse community more efficiently.

William “Bill” Lavin, Manager Tax Preparation
Bill Lavin Bill comes to us from Fairport, New York. He has his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a MBA in finance. He retired from the Xerox Corporation after 29 years of service. After relocating to the area, he began preparing personal income tax returns for Jackson Hewitt for five years. He has also volunteered for the past two years with the AARP free tax program.
